Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Superforce, a Chrome extension built by SMOPS, LLC (“Superforce,” “we,” “us”). By installing or using the extension, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Superforce.

Superforce is a free Chrome extension that adds a command palette to Salesforce: navigation, admin tools, metadata browsing, queries, and data operations. There is no account, no sign-up, and no payment. The extension runs entirely in your browser and communicates only with your own Salesforce org, authenticated by your existing Salesforce session. We operate no servers and your data never passes through us.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension for your own or your organization’s internal business purposes. Superforce, its code, design, and branding remain the property of SMOPS, LLC. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of the extension except as permitted by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the extension for any unlawful purpose;
• Use it in violation of your own agreements with Salesforce or your organization’s policies;
• Misrepresent the extension as your own product or as affiliated with Salesforce;
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the extension or this website.

Everything the extension does, it does in your Salesforce org, as you, with your permissions. That includes data operations that modify or delete records — inserts, updates, upserts, and deletes. You are solely responsible for the operations you run, including verifying the data you load and maintaining backups where appropriate. Salesforce’s own permissions, validation rules, and recycle bin behavior apply.

Superforce is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc. “Salesforce” and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc.

THE EXTENSION AND THIS WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT IT WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY SALESFORCE CONFIGURATION.

SUPERFORCE IS FREE SOFTWARE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMOPS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION — INCLUDING DATA OPERATIONS RUN AGAINST YOUR SALESFORCE ORG. BECAUSE THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SMOPS, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the extension, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party, including your agreements with Salesforce.

You may stop using Superforce at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may discontinue the extension, or any feature of it, at any time. Sections 5 through 8 survive termination.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this address with an updated effective date. Continued use of the extension after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
